Toxon / Legal
Terms of Use
What using the Toxon interface involves, and what to check before you sign a transaction.
The interface
Toxon provides software for discovering markets, launching fixed-supply tokens and interacting with token markets. The live deployment supports Arc and USDC-quoted markets. Additional networks shown as planned are not available for transactions.
Toxon is non-custodial: the interface does not hold your assets or private keys, and it cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction.
Your wallet and transactions
You control your wallet and decide whether to connect, approve a token allowance or sign a transaction. Check the network, contract address, recipient, amount, fees and wallet prompt each time. Transactions can fail, cost network fees or execute at a different price from an estimate.
Token launches and agent identities
A token launch and its linked agent-identity mint are separate on-chain transactions. If the second step fails, the token launch can still stand; the identity can be retried. An identity record is not a promise that autonomous agent features or payment capabilities are live.
Token creators are responsible for the names, symbols, images, descriptions and links they publish, and for having permission to use that content. A listing or agent identity is not a Toxon endorsement of a token or its creator.
Markets, fees and risks
Tokens can be volatile, illiquid or lose all value. Smart contracts, wallets, the network and data providers can fail. Quotes, charts, balances and market labels can be delayed or incomplete. Verify on-chain records and use your own judgment; Toxon does not provide investment advice or guarantee a result.
The interface displays launch and trading fees before the relevant action. Network costs and price impact may also apply. Introductory fee shares shown for current launches may differ from terms offered for future launches.
Content and availability
Do not use Toxon to publish deceptive, unlawful, infringing or malicious content. Toxon may restrict content on surfaces it controls, but it cannot remove public blockchain records. Wallet providers, explorers, indexers and other linked services operate independently and may be unavailable.
Read the Privacy Policy for how the interface handles information. The final operator and contact details will be added after review.
